Broadvox Releases Hosted Communications Solution for Call Centers

Broadvox, a provider of managed business VoIP services has launched BroadvoxCallCenter service, an extension of its hosted communications suite.

The BroadvoxCallCenter service enables Broadvox partners and customers of all sizes to take advantage of the growing market demand for hosted call center solutions and automatic call distribution (ACD) functionality as a complement to a customer’s hosted voice services.


BroadvoxCallCenter is an important component of the Broadvox Unified Communications solution, designed specifically to meet the performance and reliability standards for call center customers. Core call center functions include intelligent routing and distribution, Web-based agent and supervisor clients, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
