Bright Pattern Offers Contact Center Apps in Oracle Cloud Marketplace



Bright Pattern, a provider of omnichannel cloud contact center technology and Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has begun offering its Contact Center for Oracle Service Cloud in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

Bright Pattern Contact Center for Oracle Service Cloud enables Oracle Service Cloud customers to handle interactions in the consolidated platform, while skills-based routing directs the interactions to the most qualified representatives.
