Black Box Expands Partnership with Aspect

Aspect Software, a cloud provider of fully-integrated consumer engagement, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions, is expanding its relationship with Black Box Network Services to allow Black Box to expand its cloud contact center offerings. The growth of the relationship is part of Aspect's continuing strategy to bolster its channel presence and drive growth in its cloud portfolio.

Black Box will resell Aspect's contact center solutions Zipwire, CXP, and Aspect WFM, all delivered through the Aspect Cloud. Black Box will also offer Aspect Hosted, Aspect Unified IP, and the full Aspect Workforce Optimization (WFO) suite.;
