Barry University to Implement Noble's Enterprise Cloud Contact Center Solution



Barry University, one of the largest Catholic universities in the Southeast, has selected Noble Systems' Noble Enterprise Cloud solution to support its admissions and recruitment programs.

"Our primary factor in going with Noble was the system's advanced CRM integration options," said Dr. Hernan Londono, associate chief information officer at Barry University, in a statement. "We are Salesforce users, and as such, we require a blended inbound and outbound communication solution that must seamlessly work with our CRM and also improve results through faster and more efficient responses to students."

Barry University will be implementing Noble's cloud-based contact center technology. Using Noble's Make Contact application for Salesforce integration, sophisticated unified agent desktop tools will be integrated into the CRM workflow for the universit's admissions and recruiting representatives, enabling the team to access student records and contact histories and manage multichannel communications functions. Barry University will also benefit from Noble's dynamic inbound contact routing, mobile management, and Web reporting tools.
