Balto and NobelBiz Partner

Balto, providers of a real-time guidance platform for contact centers, has partnered with NobelBiz, a contact center solutions provider, to offer its artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the NobelBiz contact center suite.

The partnership integrates Balto's AI-powered guidance for agents into the NobelBiz OMNI+ platform.
