AudioCodes, a provider of voice networking solutions, has expanded its strategic partnership with Genesys, a provider of customer experience and contact center solutions, to offer a complete solution for an all-IP contact center. The combined solution will be sold by Genesys and its partners.
The end-to-end solution includes theGenesys Customer Experience Platform along with AudioCodes' IP phones, session border controllers, media gateways,andcentralized management and monitoring applications. Genesys has certified all the AudioCodes elements and integrated them into the Genesys environment to enable rapid and smooth deployments at customer sites.
