Atento Launches Flexible CX for Startups

Atento, a CRM and business process outsourcing provider, today unveiled Flexible CX, a customer service solution created specifically for startups and fast-growing companies.

Flexible CX is adaptable to projects with the potential to grow rapidly, and includes a flexible pricing model. With this omnichannel offering, companies can communicate with customers in the way they prefer using a single integrated platform through which the most common requests can be automated.
