Astute Solutions Launches ePowerCenter 9 CRM System

Astute Solutions, a provider o customer experience and social relationship management solutions, has released ePowerCenter 9, a CRM system with browser flexibility to help the contact center deliver customer satisfaction more effectively.


ePowerCenter9 is designed for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. It
uses responsive design, which means that it will scale appropriately from a 27-inch desktop screen down to a tablet screen, and for all sizes in between. It will also add touch screen capability.

A large new portion of the screen will be used for applications delivering timely and relevant content to the agent, such as suggested responses from Astute Knowledge. Internal communication features also allow agents and supervisors to share information with specific agents or groups of users instantly.

"Easy access to CRM systems has become a must-have for field employees, home workers and even marketers" said Alex George, CTO, Astute Solutions, in a statement. "When this new version is released, ePowerCenter 9 will work on Macs and tablets and have browser independence, so it will be a better tool for the growing variety of roles using it."
