Aspect Expands Into Middle East

Aspect Software, a provider of consumer engagement, workforce optimization, and self-service solutions, is partnering  with Seven Seas Computers, an IT services provider in the United Arab Emirates, which will promote Aspect offerings in the Middle East.

Seven Seas will offer Aspect's contact center solutions, including Aspect Unified IP (UIP), Aspect CXP Self Service, and Aspect Workforce Optimization (WFO), in the region.
