Arrow Systems Integration, a solutions provider specializing in unified communications, voice and data, contact center, and network security technologies, has signed a Gold Partner agreement with Interactive Intelligence enabling it to market, sell, and support Interactive Intelligence's PureCloud Engage customer engagement solution.
"Arrow SI is backed by more than 40 years of experience giving customers transformative communication and collaboration solutions," said Darren Gill, vice president of channels at Interactive Intelligence, which was acquired by Genesys in late August, in a statement. "This, combined with its breadth of managed, professional, consultative, educational, and support services, assure our joint PureCloud Engage customers that they'll receive maximum return on investment."
Interactive Intelligence's PureCloud Engage is built atop Amazon Web Services. PureCloud Engage functionality includes omnichannel routing, speech-enabled interactive voice response, recording and quality management, outbound campaigns, CRM integrations, graphical scripting, and the ability to plug into other apps and cloud services. PureCloud Engage also includes unified communications and collaboration capabilities.
PureCloud Engage expands the Arrow SI Interactive Intelligence portfolio with its existing Customer Interaction Center offering, an on-premises omnichannel customer engagement software suite.
