Anywhere365, a contact center and dialogue management platform based on Microsoft's Skype for Business, is now seamlessly available on AudioCodes' CloudBond 365 appliance.
The powerful combination provides advanced features, support desk, or full contact center capabilities and delivers mission-critical dialogue management capabilities. With it, users can also leverage their Office 365 cloud-based agents, cloud CRM, and ticket systems.
