Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center Certified for Skype for Business



Workstreampeople's Anywhere365 integrated contact center and dialogue management platform has been certified for use with Microsoft Skype for Business.

The Microsoft Skype for Business Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program helps ensure that qualified applications from Microsoft partners meet customer expectations for specific scenarios. Applying third-party testing, the program defines specific requirements for interoperability with Skype for Business Server, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation, and support.

Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center has been tested on hundreds of cases, focusing on implementation, high availability, scalability, documentation, functionality and native integration with the Microsoft Skype for Business platform. The platform successfully passed 100 percent of all test scenarios.
