Aircall Launches on the Salesforce AppExchange



Aircall has launched Aircall for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange. The new integration with Salesforce,com's Sales Cloud and Service Cloud enables users to add call center capabilities in just a few clicks, creating a phone system that lives directly within Salesforce.

With Aircall's solution, Salesforce users can do the following:

  • Make and receive calls without ever leaving Salesforce;
  • Route callers with call routing rules and interactive voice response menus;
  • See contact history in Salesforce before answering a call;
  • Automatically sync call logs, notes, disposition codes, and recordings with Salesforce;
  • Monitor call activity in real time; and
  • Leverage all Aircall data stored in Salesforce on a pre-built dashboard.
