3CLogic, a provider of multichannel cloud contact center solutions, has achieved Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) compliance, meaning that its contact center offerings meet rigid security requirements for internal and external vulnerability, penetration testing, and data protection.
