3CLogic Integrates Contact Center Solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

3CLogic, a provider of cloud-based contact centers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), is integrating its technology with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The partnership will provide enterprises with a suite of inbound, outbound, and blended contact center solutions while simultaneously syncing operations and order management activities with Microsoft Dynamics advanced CRM platform. 3CLogic also previously integrated with Parature, a provider of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, before Microsoft acquired the company in early January.

The latest integration will allow current and future Microsoft Dynamics clients to seamlessly communicate with customers using 3CLogic’s contact center offerings (including voice, email, chat, and text) while still using Microsoft’s CRM platform. Implementing 3CLogic and Microsoft Dynamics together, reps will be able to launch sales and marketing campaigns, access customer records, and keep track of sales and inventory with just one click using state-of-the-art call center capabilities delivered in the cloud.
