[24]7 Adds AI to Its Name

[24]7, a provider of customer experience solutions, has changed its company name to [24]7.ai to better reflect its growing use of artificial intelligence.

[24]7.ai uses artificial intelligence to process large amounts of consumer data to determine consumer intent, which can then be applied to every aspect of the customer experience, from acquisition to engagement. [24]7.ai has more than 120 patents approved and pending related to its proprietary approach to understanding, predicting, and acting on consumer intent across channels, and patented intent models are applied to every product and solution that [24]7.ai offers.

[24]7 has also infused AI technology into its virtual agent, called AIVA. Using [24]7 AIVA, large companies are scaling and automating digital interactions and taking IVR to the next level with AI-powered technology that understands what customers mean—not just what they say, the company said in a statement.
