[24]7.ai Partners with Blue Prism

[24]7.ai, a provider of customer engagement solutions, is partnering with Blue Prism on a joint offering that will allow users of [24]7's AIVA to implement Blue Prism's Digital Workforce to automate back- and front-office systems.

The new joint offering enables [24]7 AIVA users to process a greater range of transactional capabilities and access customer data and analyze it using artificial intelligence to help them anticipate consumers' wants and needs.
