[24]7.ai, a customer engagement solutions provider, is extending its complimentary rapid response offers to include [24]7 Voice in addition to its [24]7 Answers and agent console [24]7 Chat offerings, to help enterprises handle call volumes related to COVID-19.

The [24]7 Voice solution is designed to enable businesses to launch automated self-service FAQ systems and deploy them to phone numbers in as little as two days. [24]7 Voice enables companies to update their old interactive voice response systems. The promotional version includes self-management tools that allow companies to update and publish COVID-19-related FAQs and answers with directed dialogue menus.
