Rachel Lubin is the Vice President of Customer Experience & Retention Marketing at Framebridge, an online custom framing company. Rachel's team is responsible for driving customer happiness and loyalty. The customer experience team represents the Framebridge brand directly to customers through support channels, and represents the customer internally to key stakeholders across the organization. Her team's focus is on understanding the customer and working to deliver product and manufacturing improvement opportunities and driving effective marketing campaigns to re-engage existing customers. In prior roles, Rachel has focused on market research and analysis, revenue optimization, finance and corporate strategy.
