Kim Williams is the COO of SaviLinx which provides customized customer support solutions.  Kim is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing operation of multi-lingual, multinational BPO projects.

Prior to joining the SaviLinx team in 2015, Ms. Williams spent over 15 years in the BPO industry working both domestically and internationally developing and managing a wide variety of service delivery models.  She also worked as a business consultant, where she successfully led the development and implementation of a global procurement information data warehouse. In addition, she has held positions including VP of Account Management, VP of Manufacturing Operations, and Worldwide Marketing Manager.  Kim graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Government from Colby College and earned her MBA from the University of Maine in 2012.
