After graduating from the University of Massachusetts with Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration, I spent time growing as a leader in the hospitality industry. I've held almost every position in a hotel from line level to General Manager and worked in hotels and resorts from 100 rooms to 1500 rooms. My teams have ranged from 100 to over 800 people. Success in Hospitality is wholly contingent on the people who execute the daily activities and their commitment to ensuring every guest has a personal experience.
With over thirty years' experience in the hotel industry, I learned by consistently creating a strong property culture; I was able to distinguish the overall customer experience we provided and create thriving work environments.
I now share my passion and expertise with other industries. For the past five years, I have been working with businesses not usually known for their customer service. With my realistic, down to earth approach, my goal is to ensure everyone benefits from our conversations and begins their individual process to improve their business immediately.
I enjoy bringing people together to accomplish a common goal. This passion is what makes me an engaging speaker, leader, trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach.
